Being recognized for something you love to do is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Last January, we were grateful for our feature in ”The Eye”, Huatulco’s premiere urban and costal living magazine.
The focus of the article was “Sustainable Building”, a concept that defines us here at Montecito. From ridge line protection and low density development to solar sub- stations and chemical free swimming pools our concept of integrating the human habitat into the natural environment is deeply rooted.
